The Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester Model: HR-150TS is a high-tech, advanced testing system that perfectly combines mechanical precision with electric controls. Built with a modern closed-loop load cell base, this tester features a highly premium look, exceptional reliability, and multi-functional capabilities. It comes with an intuitive touch screen display that makes operation extremely simple. This touch screen dynamically shows the real-time working status of the indenter and lifting screw during testing. For seamless data tracking, it includes a built-in data storage memory that automatically calculates essential statistics like the maximum, minimum, and average hardness values. Users can also print out their test results immediately using the built-in printer.

This versatile machine supports all standard Rockwell scales (including HRA, HRD, HRC, HRB, and many more) and offers an integrated hardness conversion scale facility along with a smart arc correction function. Working automatically through loading, dwell, and unloading cycles, it applies an initial force of 10kgf (98.07N) and total test forces up to 150kgf (1471N) with a high resolution of 0.1HR. The tester provides a generous test space of 220mm in height and 165mm in depth, making it ideal for checking a wide range of materials. It is perfectly suited for testing hard and soft metals like quenched steel, tempered steel, aluminum alloys, copper, and bearing steel, as well as surface-treated materials, sheets, and thin zinc, chrome, or tin layers.
