Rockwell Superficial Hardness Tester
Model: HRSF-150TS
The Rockwell Superficial Hardness Tester Model: HRSF-150TS is a premium, high-tech instrument that combines advanced electrical controls with mechanical accuracy. Featuring a modern closed-loop load cell base, this dual-purpose machine is designed to perform both standard Rockwell and superficial Rockwell hardness tests. It offers a clean, professional look and exceptional reliability, making it very popular in quality control labs. The system is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen display that simplifies operations by dynamically showing the real-time movement of the indenter and lifting screw. It also features a built-in data storage memory that automatically tracks your tests and calculates the maximum, minimum, and average hardness values. For quick documentation, you can easily print out your test reports using the integrated printer.
This versatile machine supports an extensive range of test scales, including classic Rockwell options and superficial scales like HR15N, HR30T, and HR45W. It also offers quick hardness scale conversions and an intelligent arc correction function for curved surfaces. Running automatically through its loading, dwell, and unloading cycles, it provides an initial test force of 3kgf (29.4N) for superficial tests and 10kgf (98N) for regular Rockwell tests, handling total forces up to 150kgf (1471N) with a high resolution of 0.1HR. The tester provides a solid testing space of 200mm in height and 160mm in depth. It is perfectly engineered to check heavy-duty metals like tempered, annealed, or quenched steel, bearing steel, and aluminum or copper alloys. Furthermore, it is ideal for testing delicate surface-treated materials, thin sheets, and protective coatings like zinc, chrome, or tin layers.
