This modern device comes with a special balance positioning feature that makes testing highly stable and accurate. Unlike older models, it features a clear digital screen that shows the hardness value instantly. It also allows you to calibrate and adjust the machine easily without opening or taking any parts apart (non-disassembly calibration). Because of these features, the HBa-1 provides excellent stability, quick calibration, and extremely precise testing results every single time.

This digital tester is primarily designed for the aluminum processing industry. It is perfect for checking the quality of pure aluminum, soft aluminum, thick aluminum alloys, as well as aluminum strips, rods, castings, and forgings. Additionally, it is widely used in the glass steel (fiberglass) industry to check material strength. To ensure global quality compliance, this machine fully meets international testing standards, including ASTM B648-00, ASTM D2583-07, and GB / T 3854-2005.
