The Vickers Hardness Tester Model: MHVD-50AT is a heavy-duty, high-precision material testing machine engineered with an advanced closed-loop load cell structure. By replacing old-fashioned dead weights with a high-accuracy sensor system, it makes installation incredibly quick and effortless. The tester features a motorized automatic turret that automatically controls the loading, dwell, and unloading stages. A major advantage of this machine is its unique dual optical systems design, which allows both the eyepiece and the camera path to run at the same time without needing to switch any manual knobs. It comes with a spacious 5.6-inch touch screen display and a simple menu structure for easy operation, alongside a built-in automatic quality judgment feature. For maximum user protection, a physical emergency stop button is also included.

This powerful system supports a massive testing force range from 0.5 to 50kgf, allowing users to test scales from HV0.5 up to HV50 within a wide hardness range of 5 to 4000HV. It features an automatic load-correction system that improves accuracy and simplifies routine calibration. Measurements are made easy with a 10X digital eyepiece containing a built-in encoder to calculate data instantly, paired with 10X and 20X objectives that offer up to 200X magnification. The industrial digital screen directly tracks and displays test values, conversion scales (such as HR, HB, and HK), testing methods, forces, and dwell times. To avoid eye fatigue during continuous testing, the brightness of the light source can be adjusted easily. Structurally, it is built with a highly stable, one-time casting iron molding shell and finished with scratch-resistant white car paint to maintain its premium brightness for years.
