The Computerised Vickers Hardness Tester Model: VM-50PC is a highly precise and user-friendly system designed for versatile material testing. It offers a very wide testing range, making it equally suitable for evaluating extremely soft materials like lead as well as ultra-hard materials like hardened steel. Because it can apply very small test loads, it is also perfect for checking thin metal sheets, narrow strips, and case-hardened components. The machine operates automatically using a motorized loading and unloading cycle where you can easily set the dwell time up to 99 seconds. This high-tech system combines extreme measurement accuracy and excellent repeatability across all load settings while remaining incredibly simple for any operator to run.

What makes the VM-50PC special is its fully computerized setup powered by advanced image processing software. It features a fast "AUTO Measure" tool that calculates the Vickers hardness number automatically, completely removing human errors. For manual checks, a built-in optical system with a clear projection screen and a micrometer graduated readout is available to measure impressions directly. The system supports multiple test loads (1, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 50 kgf) with an optical magnification of 70X and a measuring range from 0.01 to 0.60 mm. Built with a solid structure, the machine handles samples up to 200mm in height and has a throat depth of 135mm.
