The Loadcell Base Brinell Hardness Tester Model: VB-3000AT features an advanced closed-loop control system equipped with a high-accuracy load cell. Built with a stable, one-time casting machine body and finished with premium car painting technology, this design eliminates the need for manual weights while simplifying installation and calibration. It is highly suitable for evaluating cast iron, steel products, non-ferrous metals, soft alloys, rigid plastics, and Bakelite.

This high-performance system covers a large test force range from 62.5Kgf to 3000Kgf (612.9N to 29420N) across 10 distinct measurement scales. It features an automatic turret and automatically measures indentations without requiring manual focus adjustments. Testing data is displayed in real-time on a touch screen menu interface, which also supports a built-in hardness conversion function.

The system incorporates a digital eyepiece with an integrated encoder, allowing operators to input indentation lengths automatically with a single button click to generate instant hardness readings from 8 to 650HBW. It offers a spacious testing environment with a depth of 135mm and a maximum height of 200mm. Operating with a low-noise test process, the modular machine weighs 130kg, has dimensions of 550×210×750mm, and fully complies with ISO 6506, ASTM E10-12, JIS Z2243, and GB/T 231.2 standards.
