The Portable Hardness Tester Model: HL-1000 is an advanced, menu-driven system built with a proprietary dual-bin dustproof design to keep internal parts clean. It features a 320 X 240 TFT LCD screen that can display two hardness scales simultaneously and easily switches between histogram, full hardness, and curve modes.

This versatile device supports 360-degree measuring directions and automatically identifies 7 different impact devices without requiring recalibration during replacement. It provides a wide measuring range across multiple scales, including Leeb (HLD), Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRA/HRB/HRC), Vickers (HV), and Shore (HS).

The tester features built-in conversion tables, batch numbering for easy recording, and an automatic alarm system for preset upper and lower limits. It comfortably tests diverse materials like steel, cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.

Equipped with a 2000mAh lithium battery, it provides up to 20 hours of continuous work on a quick 2-to-3-hour charge. It includes Type-C USB and RS485 interfaces to effortlessly connect to PCs or PLCs for data querying, statistical analysis, and Excel report generation.
