Digital Webster Hardness Tester HW-20D
The Digital Webster Hardness Tester Model: HW-20D introduces modern technology to deliver instant, on-site hardness testing for aluminum, copper, brass, and mild steel. This handheld instrument is perfect for evaluating materials in various forms like sections, pipes, and plates anywhere and anytime. It features a top-mounted $128 \times 64$ dot matrix OLED digital display screen that is easy to read and eliminates human viewing errors.
To maximize operator comfort, the device features an automatic data-locking function that captures stable readings without needing to hold the handle down all the way. The tester relies on innovative eddy current induction measurement technology to achieve an ultra-high resolution of 0.1 HWA. Its built-in memory chip easily stores up to 9 groups of measurement results to accommodate multiple test series on the same object.
This versatile tester supports six integrated hardness scales, allowing automatic conversions between Webster (HWA 0–20), Rockwell (HRE 23.5–110, HRF 26.2–105.5, HRB 0–85.3), Vickers (HV 49–155), and Brinell (HB 35.2–153) without checking conversion tables. It comfortably measures materials with a thickness ranging from 0.6mm to 8mm and an inner diameter greater than 10mm. It delivers high accuracy within $\pm$0.5 HWA and a reliable repeatability score of 0.5 HWA.
