The Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester Model: RHT-150D is an affordable yet highly advanced testing machine designed to measure the hardness of various metals. It features a large, easy-to-read $320 \times 240$ TFT LCD display that shows clear readings instantly. Setting up the minor load is very simple thanks to a built-in LCD bar graph helper. To make your quality checks faster, the machine has a smart tolerance measurement feature that sets off an alarm if a component falls outside your required limits. Additionally, it comes with a large internal memory that can save up to 500 measurement values, allowing you to easily browse through past data or export it later.

This versatile tester supports a full range of Rockwell scales (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, L, M, P, R, S, V) and automatically converts hardness values into other popular scales like Brinell, Vickers, Knoop, and Leeb, following strict ISO-18265 and ASTM-E140 standards. It operates manually with high precision, providing initial test forces of 98.07N (10kgf) and main test forces up to 1471N (150kgf) with a precise least count of 0.1HR. The machine can accommodate testing samples up to 250mm in height and features a throat depth of 135mm. Built for flexible industrial use, it is battery-operated and can work continuously without any external power supply for up to 5 hours. Each unit comes complete with essential standard accessories, including flat and V anvils, diamond and ball indenters, an operation manual, and a USB Type-C charging cable.
