Digital Portable Hardness Tester TIME 5100

The Digital Portable Hardness Tester Time® Series is developed using superior grade components to provide accurate results, easy operation, and high durability. This versatile series is available in three distinct models to fulfill varied industrial demands: the Time®5100 features an integrated D impact device for normal hardness testing; the Time®5102 uses a C impact device for thin, light, and face-hardened workpieces; and the Time®5104 is integrated with a DL impact device for deep grooves and tooth surfaces.

Equipped with an intuitive interface, the system features automatic identification of the impact test direction, pre-set upper and lower limit alarms, and an integrated calibration function. It includes a backlight for convenient use in dark environments, a battery capacity display, and an automatic switch-off feature to conserve power. The series offers a built-in memory capable of storing 270 average readings across 9 group files, alongside flexible data output options through a USB interface or an RS232 port to a printer.

These compact testers are powered by standard AAA 1.5V batteries, delivering up to 150 hours of continuous working time without a backlight. Each configuration is highly optimized, supporting comprehensive conversion scales like HB, HRC, HRB, HV, and HS, and operating smoothly across a temperature range of 0 to 40°C.
