Concrete Hardness Tester Rebound Hammer for Concrete Strength Testing

Concrete Hardness Tester

The Concrete Hardness Tester Model: HT-225A is an easy-to-use concrete test hammer designed for the quick and approximate measurement of pressure resistance in manufactured concrete products. The instrument operates on the rebound impact principle, where an internal hammer strikes a piston resting against the concrete surface. A higher resistance from the concrete results in a greater rebound impact, which can be read on the scale and converted into compression resistance values in MPa or PSI using the supplied graphs.

This portable tester offers a reliable measuring range of 10–60MPa and delivers a calibrated impact energy of 2.207±0.1J (0.225Kgf.m). It features a spring stretch length of 75±0.3mm, a spherical tip radius of 25mm±1mm, and a pointer slider static friction rating of 0.65N±0.15N. Additionally, it provides a stable average rebound value of 80±2 on a standard steel anvil.

Built for convenient field inspections, this compact concrete tester is engineered to be lightweight and highly portable. The instrument features streamlined housing dimensions of Φ54×280mms and weighs only 1kg, making it perfect for rapid on-site structural testing.
