Operating the system is incredibly simple and requires just one click. By selecting the 'Auto' option on the computer toolbar, the software automatically measures the indentation diameter with a precise resolution of 0.01 mm and instantly displays both the diameter and the corresponding Brinell hardness value. The measurement range comfortably spans from 1 mm to 6 mm. The software provides ultimate flexibility, allowing users to create an unlimited number of batches, configure custom parameters, set high and low limits, choose test loads or indenter sizes, and save customer details like party names and certificate numbers.

The system comes packed with a well-managed database that saves all readings automatically. It features comprehensive report generation tools that create certificates, frequency distributions, and variation graphs, along with a convenient data export option that generates standard Microsoft Excel files. To guarantee ongoing accuracy, the software includes built-in calibration and check facilities to completely eliminate any internal system measurement errors.
