The Fully Automatic Inline Brinell Hardness Tester Model: VB-3000AT is an advanced material testing system integrated into a stable, one-time casting machine body with a car painting design. It features an automatic turret and supports both automatic and manual measurement methods, providing direct HBW hardness values, built-in conversion scales, and automated Word report generation.

This high-accuracy tester utilizes a closed-loop system with a precision load cell that eliminates the need for manual weights, simplifying setup and calibration. It provides a wide test force range from 62.5Kgf to 3000Kgf (612.9N to 29420N) across 10 distinct measurement scales, measuring the indentation automatically without requiring manual focus adjustments.

The system features a touch screen menu interface that displays real-time testing data and includes a digital eyepiece with a built-in encoder. Operators can simply click the encoder button to automatically transfer the indentation length into the machine, which instantly calculates the final hardness value across a range of 8–650HBW with a minimum measuring unit of 0.125μm.
The tester is designed for versatile applications, making it suitable for checking cast iron, steel products, non-ferrous metals, soft alloys, rigid plastics, and Bakelite. It offers a large testing space measuring 200×135mm(H×D), works with a low-noise test process ideal for research labs or industrial plants, and functions in accordance with the ISO 6506 and ASTM E10-12 standards.
