The Micro Vickers Hardness Tester Series features a stable cast iron body with premium car paint technology. It comes in two models: the HV-1000MT with a manual turret and the HV-1000AT with an automatic turret. Both models use a clear LCD menu screen to display hardness values and dwell times directly. They feature a 10X eyepiece with a drum micrometer and a double optical path design with a reserved port to easily add an optional camera and analysis software.

These micro-hardness testers are engineered to deliver an automatic loading, dwell, and unloading cycle with a duration time setting between 1 and 60 seconds. They support a comprehensive test force range starting from a very delicate 10gf (0.098N) up to 1kgf (9.8N), covering multiple standard hardness scales from HV0.01 to HV1. The versatile testing software also provides dual HV and HK testing capabilities, with an option to purchase a Knoop diamond indenter and standard blocks if needed. The optical configuration includes a 10X observation objective and a 40X measuring objective, yielding a total magnification of up to 400X with a minimum measuring unit of 0.25μm.
